My Question or Issue

I subscribed to premium mini a few hours ago but no changes are reflected on my account. I paid the required amount through UPI QR code and money was debited from my account but I didn't receive any mail from Spotify. After checking the app, under plan it still says free and i keep getting commercials. What can I do about this and when will I receive premium features?

Hey @summersmile,

 

In this case, if click here and confirm that your account is on Free, I suggest that you get a formal proof of the debit from your bank, then submit it to BillDesk Support to raise a dispute.

it didn't work. i tried logging in and out multiple times and it still says free account along with ads.
