I subscribes and paid for premium individual but its not working. Its the second time i have wasted my money. I need my money back.

Usually, this type of issue happens when you log in to a different account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.
If the issue persists, it's possible that the Premium account has different credentials to log in to. In this case, we’d also recommend trying to log in with the methods mentioned in this article.
If the account doesn't show the Premium subscription after this, as we cannot access users’ accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the payment, look for the account and help you further.

Had perfectly working premium and now it’s gone. I have tried to re add it but Indian prices. Where has it gone? Payment still coming out of account but currency in Indian currency and country is UK
