Hello Spotify

I am a student at Central New Mexico Community College. I've had Spotify for a while now and I used to pay regular premium. I recently couldn't afford the 9.99$ a month so I stopped the premium and used the free subscription. I seen that students get a discount so I try it. After putting in my card information, it charged me the amount of student premium. But then my Spotify wasn't premium. So I paid for nothing..... I've read some articles on how to fix it. But I've had no luck. So I tried to pay again and another transaction came up on my bank statement and thought I would have premium now but I still don't. But you guys said if you don't get premium, your money should go back into your account. NOW YOU GUYS CHARGED ME AGAIN, in TOTAL OF 4 times!!!. I need help, to get my money back. 21.44$ is owe to me! I went in the negative with my bank so I need help. I don't like how this is coming out to be and I wish I could get someone to call but you guys don't do customer service through calls which sucks.. HELP ASAP

Help's at hand. Rest assured, these sound like pending payments. This means that the transaction wasn't successful. No money will actually be taken, and the funds should reappear on your statement. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank.

 

Just for your piece of mind, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to take a look under the hood to confirm this for you.
