Premium reverts to Free

Premium reverts to Free

I paid for my Student discounted Spotify Premium last Monday and I was able to use it only until now. It reverted back to Free. I have the e-receipt and the subscriptions page says I am on premium 😞

That's not cool! Could you do a quick log out and log back in for me? Also, does this happen on all devices? Let me know! 🙂

I've done everything spotify asked me to do and I even reinstalled apps in
multiple devices yet it still says the same thing. They gave me another
premium subscription but the apps still say im on FREE :((

I have! 🙂 Spotify granted me another Premium subscription (i saw the email) but there's still no change 😞 i dont want to make a new spotify account bc that would mean i'd have to pay again
