In this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook, the fastest one, generally) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.
Support usually gets back within a day or two.

Please try logging in again, and this time double check if you're using the correct username (norz68).
You might be logging in another account - that happens a lot!
I got exactly the same problem, I was using it yesterday but today I dont have it, when I go to my users account, they offer to go premium again...

Which plan did you subscribe to? Regular Premium, Family Premium, Student?
Have you checked if you're logging in the correct account?
Hi! It is the 3 moth service to regular premium, and yes, I tried what you told the other guy but it didnt work
