Premium services not working

I bought the premium service & I still get adds! What do I need to do?

What device are you using?

 

When you click here, does your account show as Free or Premium?

 

If it's happening on your mobile only, please try reinstalling the app and let me know if this works!

I went to the link that you sent & it says free not premium. I tried deleting & reinstalling but it still shows the add. Also in my account it still says free & not premium.

Alright @user-removed,

 

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane.

 

Please double check if you're logging in with the correct credentials.

 

Besides, you can check here if you have more than one account (and logging in the wrong one).
