Premium subscription failed

Premium subscription failed

I just upgraded to spotty premium with the $0.99 for three months upgrade. 

I am still unable to use premium features.

Any help would be appreciated.

Let's try reinstalling Spotify following these steps. If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest following this troubleshooting to make sure you don't have other Spotify accounts you could've used to buy the promotion.
