My Question or Issue

I just recently changed phones from a Samsung to Sony and after changing my apps over I am having lots of trouble with the Spotify app. First of all it kept crashing every 30 secs but I think I have figured out how to stop this now as it hasn't done it for about 10 minutes now. 

But it is still saying I need to upgrade to premium when I already have premium  

I have tried everything that has been stated in previous posts about this problem and nothing has worked as it is still saying it and I cannot re-download all of my playlists.

It was working fine until now and I have checked my subscription it is up to date. 

Can someone help please ??
