How do we get support response from Spotify?

How do we get support response from Spotify?

After two weeks, I have had no response from Spotify (https://community.spotify.com/t5/Subscriptions/Free-google-home-mini/m-p/4736016).  The company is okay with taking my mony for a subscription, but gives no way for me to get support for a legitimate issue with the promotion they used to get me as a customer.  I'm feeling deceived by Spotify...after being offered a free google home mini instead of the free month service.  But once I signed up, I got neither...and as far as I can tell, zero means of getting help from the company, other than to post messages that nobody from Spotify pays attention to.

 

The only thing left I can do to send any message that might be heard is stop paying for the service.

You mention in your post here trying this link to redeem the offer. Just to confirm, are you trying to avail of this offer in Canada? 

 

If so, please keep in mind that due to limited supply, the Google Home Mini offer is no longer available. Apologies for any inconvenience.

 

In the meanwhile, we'd recommend keeping an eye on the Google Store and spotify.com for more great deals and promotional offers.

Yes, I'm in Canada...presumably there would have been supply at the time I signed up, but I was never given any instructions or any information about it after I signed up (edit: to be clear, I only found the link mentioned in my other post after searching other comments here).  Even if it is a case of me just being too late, it's rather inconsiderate for Spotify to use this as a mechanism to get me to sign up, then quietly withdraw the offer with no meaningful communication.   And...as I've been saying, everyone else gets a free month when they sign up.  I was offered a Google home mini, but now, too bad...I get neither.  Does that seem like fair treatment?

I was also told I had to be signed up for at least a month before I got my free Google home mini   so I said ok and got an account . And not that's it's been one month, and I've been charged , I'm seeing the offer is no longer redeemable ? I want a refund and my account cancelled , I'm so disappointed.  I was told after my first month I could redeem my Google home mini . And yet here we are and im being told other wise AND being charged. 

The offer was still available when I subscribed now I keep getting this notice that I have attached,a bit misleading

@Katerina - clearly there is an ongoing issue with this.  Is Spotify going to do anything to fix this, or just leave everyone hanging?
