Premium subscription

I’ve been trying for days to renew my subscription but it’s denying my card everytime. I called the bank and there’s nothing wrong w the card. It doesn’t work no matter how many times I refresh the page or log out and log back on.

I need help!

My new iphone 8 plus is not showing my premium membership it shows it as free and my old phone still has my premium.  How do I get my premium on my new phone and all my music and playlist transferred from my old iphone to my new iphone 8 plus.  Please help?

Are you able to see your playlists on your new iPhone? If not, maybe you're logged in two devices with different accounts.

Please take a look at this guide to know if you have more than one account.

 

Once you've verified that you only have one account, please follow this guide if you can't see your Premium subscription.
