Premium to Family

Hi everyone,

I currently have a premium account which is being paid for via Boku??

I want to upgrade to a family subscription but I'm not sure how exactly it works. Does it automatically cancel out the premium subscription and replace it with the family one? Or do I need to subscribe to the family one and then cancel my premium one?

When you sign up for Spotify Family, your subscription will automatically be upgraded. You will be able to add family members immediately, and your payments will adjust to the appropriate amount.
