Premium trial account not showing as premium on device apps

My Question or Issue

 I had free account, then with my phone upgraded to premium trial. recevied email receipt with username info. this user name is not showing on my tablet, and on the phone it has 2 user names. How do I get both devices to use the Premium account user name info? Neither device is showing as premium.

Hi there,

 

Can you try to sign in the correct account which you signed Premium for?

Thank you...I figured it out. I have 2 email addresses.
