Premium with Hulu Not Working

My Question or Issue

I had the Student Premium with Hulu and activated the Hulu subscription. It's been a while since I've tried using it but now when I click the "Start Watching" in my "Your Services" tab it prompts me to sign up or log in with a non-existent Hulu account. I saw a few other threads regarding this issue but none of the topics had any information I could find that helped.

Could you try this on a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t help, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I’ll take a closer look.
