Premium working on phone but not on desktop - says I'm only Free

Premium working on phone but not on desktop - says I'm only Free

On my phone I have the premium plan, but I downloaded and logged into the desktop app, but it is telling my plan is the Free one, not premium.

 

I'm not paying another £13.99 a month for this

It sounds like you've logged into a different account in the desktop app. 🙂

 

I recommend logging out there and then logging into the account you're using in the mobile app.

 

If you don't know your username, you can head into the Spotify mobile app settings, then click on Account. It should show your username there.

I am the owner of premium familiar plan, when i log in on spotify web player or windows desktop app, it says i dont have premium and have adds. I have never had this issue on my phone app.

Hey 

I’m not be able to download the songs and add are still coming after the premium taken . Why ??
