Premium working on phone but not on desktop - says I'm only Free

Premium working on phone but not on desktop - says I'm only Free

On my phone I have the premium plan, but I downloaded and logged into the desktop app, but it is telling my plan is the Free one, not premium.

 

I'm not paying another £13.99 a month for this

It sounds like you've logged into a different account in the desktop app. 🙂

 

I recommend logging out there and then logging into the account you're using in the mobile app.

 

If you don't know your username, you can head into the Spotify mobile app settings, then click on Account. It should show your username there.

I am the owner of premium familiar plan, when i log in on spotify web player or windows desktop app, it says i dont have premium and have adds. I have never had this issue on my phone app.

I’m not be able to download the songs and add are still coming after the premium taken . Why ??

i have an account on spotify and i still have it connected to my phone, but, my pc had to delete everything and i lost the account from there. When i tried to log in, i just found out my email wasn’t there anymore, it changed. I looked into my account from my phone and i saw that it really changed and i think the password did also. I tried to find another way to connect it to my PC but i couldn’t, if i wanted to change my email i had to put the password, but i don’t know the password and i don’t have the option to change it. My email isn’t even connected to it anymore and i don’t know what to do

Spotify mini is for devices which are smaller than 7 inches ie. (Phones, mobiles, tablets etc)

Paying for premium for ages but says I’m on free plan can you sort this out asap as been paying for ages
