Yes, that is expected behaviour of the system. Neither prepaid cards nor Spotify gift cards can be used as a valid payment method for this offer.

Why does it have an ad offering 3 months of premium for 99c and when you click on it it only offers a $14.99 deal? I've never used the 99c deal on this account before?
