My Question or Issue

When I try to buy premium and fill out everything needed and I finally press buy, it just says “something went wrong. Please try again.” Every single time with no further context.

Hey @Kwazars, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

First, check your bank account to make sure you haven't been charged for Premium as it says that error. Once you've checked and haven't been charged, can you try subscribing to Premium here using a different browser or private window?

If you're still having trouble, it's best to try this on a different network connection to see if that makes a difference.
