My Question or Issue
When the time came this month to pay for my account, I didn't have the money to pay but eventually I got there two days later. To my knowledge my account was costing only $9.99 every month. This morning, when I opened my app I noticed that I am still getting the notification saying that I still have not payed. When I went to check my balance I had more than enough to pay the $9.99 but when I went to add another payment method the only ones available were the Family, Year, or Student passes, non of which I need or want. Spotify never notified me of any change in my account involving the price, which they are supposed to do as of their customer agreements.

Yes, the regular price for Premium in your currency is $9.99 + Taxes. Can you send me a screenshot of the charges you are getting (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community)?
