My Question or Issue
When the time came this month to pay for my account, I didn't have the money to pay but eventually I got there two days later. To my knowledge my account was costing only $9.99 every month. This morning, when I opened my app I noticed that I am still getting the notification saying that I still have not payed. When I went to check my balance I had more than enough to pay the $9.99 but when I went to add another payment method the only ones available were the Family, Year, or Student passes, non of which I need or want. Spotify never notified me of any change in my account involving the price, which they are supposed to do as of their customer agreements.
