Problem with GLOBE Prepaid mode of payment for Premium

Hi! 

I have 130 load balance on my Globe number and I can't access to premium. It always says

"Oops, seems the credit on your prepaid card is insufficient. Please try again or use another payment method." 

I have tried it for a couple of times already and still get the same result. Could you guys please help me with this..? 

I have also done the *143# thingy and still get the same result.

Mine too! I tried multiple times already yet it keeps on telling me that I have insufficient load balance... This is an issue that HAS TO BE FIXED SPOTIFY! We have been loyal premium subscribers yet you are failing us. I hope this issue will be RESOLVED SOON.

Guys! I found the solution! May VAT na 15 pesos kaya kung ₱129 lang balance mo, di sya pwede.

But I already have my P145 load but spotify keeps on saying that i have insufficient balance. What to do? HELP

Hello!
When I payed for the premium subscription, I had ₱172 load
balance. I think you should have a load balance of more than the total
needed for the subscription.
