I received message that is the problem with my debit card payment for Spotify Premium.
I entered my debit card for payment details again and I received "Payment failed" error too. I tred it on different browsers with browser in private/incognito mode too. Not work for me. However, I contacted my bank and they have not received any transaction request from Spotify. Also they check and everything is ok with my debit card and card works everywhere that I have tried, except Spotify.
What should I do to make the payment correctly?

On monday I tried again to enter my debit card details, the same browser, internet connection etc. and then everything works fine. Maybe that was temporary problems.
I think you have reading comprehension difficulties. It says clearly in my post that I am from Poland.
My advice: sometimes it's just better to keep quiet....
Yes, like I wrote previously: I tried enter payment method details again in private/incognito mode in different browsers. I contact with my bank and everything is fine with my card. The only problem is the Spotify payment.

Could you try with another internet connection to see if anything changes?
If possible, you can try updating the payment details on another device.
If that doesn't make a difference, it's also a good idea to try with another payment method.
Let us know how it goes.
