My Question or Issue
I received message that is the problem with my debit card payment for Spotify Premium.
I entered my debit card for payment details again and I received "Payment failed" error too. I tred it on different browsers with browser in private/incognito mode too. Not work for me. However, I contacted my bank and they have not received any transaction request from Spotify. Also they check and everything is ok with my debit card and card works everywhere that I have tried, except Spotify.
What should I do to make the payment correctly?

On monday I tried again to enter my debit card details, the same browser, internet connection etc. and then everything works fine. Maybe that was temporary problems.

Since now You can only use Freemium version of Spotify in Russia. Premium will not work because Visa/Mastercard no longer works in your country, I red about it few days ago.

Interfax "Музыкальный сервис Spotify объявил, что его Premium-подписка больше недоступна для приобретения в России.

"В связи с новыми внешними ограничениями, связанными с нашими основными платежными провайдерами, Premium больше не доступен для покупки в России", - говорится в сообщении компании.

В компании пояснили, что в случае наличия активной подписки на Premium, следующая попытка её оплатить может быть неудачной.

"Если мы не сможем успешно обработать вашу следующую оплату, ваша Premium-подписка будет автоматически отменена, и вы перейдете на бесплатный план", - сообщили в Spotify.

Такая подписка дает возможность пользоваться расширенным функционалом сервиса, в ней также нет рекламы.

Международные платежные системы Visa и Mastercard прекращают свою работу на российском рынке с 10 марта. Карты этих платежных систем всех российских банков продолжат работать внутри страны как обычно, так как операции по ним с 2015 года обрабатывает Национальная система платежных карт, но не будут работать за рубежом. Выпущенные за рубежом карты Visa и Mastercard не будут работать в России."

I think you have reading comprehension difficulties. It says clearly in my post that I am from Poland.
My advice: sometimes it's just better to keep quiet....

Yes, like I wrote previously: I tried enter payment method details again in private/incognito mode in different browsers.  I contact with my bank and everything is fine with my card. The only problem is the Spotify payment.

Could you try with another internet connection to see if anything changes?

 

If possible, you can try updating the payment details on another device.

 

If that doesn't make a difference, it's also a good idea to try with another payment method.

Hi i'm subs premium dou in region 26 feb and today i received a message in gmail that my subscription has ended. 1 month or 30 days have not passed yet what should I do?
