Problem with fee trial

Hello, I tried to apply for the free trial of 6 months for Samsung mobile (payment with Paypal) but at first it said that the payment didn't go through and when I tried later it said that I couldn't apply for the free trial because I already did and I couldn't get another anymore. How can I solve this?

Hey @Eeel1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you let me know if you have tried Premium in the past? Also, when you check your bank statements, does it show that payment from Spotify has been processed, such as an authorization charge? 

And just to confirm, this is for the Samsung offer for 6 months?
