Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

Hola, 

Escribo , a la vez de saludar, para hacer una consulta sobre mi cuenta familiar.

Mi novia , quien ha sido parte de mi plan familiar y vive conmigo desde hace 36 meses ya no tiene acceso y su cuenta se ha vuelto gratuita nuevamente. Le envie  una vez mas la invitacion pero no se puede acceder. 

Me ayudaria mucho me digan como solucionar este problema.

Hola soy de Argentina, me suscribi al plan familiar, el cual ya me lo estan cobrando, pero cuando ingreso aparece que mi cuenta es free. No me ha tomado la suscripción y tampoco me ha dado el primer mes gratis.
Quiero tener Plan Familiar, por favor necesito una solución.

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
