Hola, tengo spotify premium que se debita de mi tarjeta de crédito. Pagué el último mes (figura en mi tarjeta de crédito que se abonó el día 3 de abril) y me cortaron el servicio diciendo que no está pago. ¿Qué debo hacer? ¿Con quién debo hablar?. He pagado y no tengo el servicio.

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into the wrong account.
If you don't have multiple accounts and you're sure you were charged for Spotify, you should be able to find a receipt for April by logging in here. In case a receipt wasn't generated, you should reach out to your bank for more information about this transaction.
