Tengo un problema con mi plan Duo, no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta si la otra persona está usando la app y viceversa

Premium Duo is a discount plan for 2 people who live together. One of the accounts is set as “Owner”  (the administrator of the plan) and the other account needs to be joined by an invite. If the playback is stopping, changing or having issues when the other user is listening to music, that means you're both logged in to the same account.

 

To invite another user to the plan, the owner needs to send first an invitation using the steps of this article. When the other user gets it, they need to accept it logging in with its own credentials.

 

In case that the other user doesn’t have an account yet, they can create one for free here to complete the joining process. Once joined, you can both use the plan at the same time without interfering with each other's playback.
