Hi Spotify Support,

Can you help me on my transaction, I was unable to purchase the Spotify Premium Account as you can see on my attached file. I started it last week and I thought Spotify's not available to any credit card transaction so I just tried the next day until now Its really frustrating. There is no problem with my BPI Credit Card because I tried it to purchase in other department store and it worked well. I also called the BPI credit card service provider and they told me there is no problem with my credit card.

I'm planing to purchase Spotify Premium Account good for 1 year subscription.
My device is iOS iPhone 7, Account: ediral.deguzman@gmail.com, Credit Card: BPI Express Credit (MasterCard).

Please help me on my transactions.

It seems the system was unable to process your payment. Does your payment card meet these requirements: https://support.spotify.com/article/problems-paying-for-spotify-by-card/? If so, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.
