How do I stop my premium family subscription and change to duo?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post to the subscriptions Help board as it fits better here, hope you don't mind.

If you're the owner of the Family plan, you just need to change the plan from your Account page. To do so, go to your Account page, select your current plan and scroll down to select the button Change plan. You'll now see the available plans and you can change it to the one you want.

If the plan you want is not available there, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps, wait until your account reverts back to free and then subscribe to Duo.
