I moved from germany to austria two months ago and wanted to do a spotify premium family with my flatmates. this is not possible though because i cant change my country to austria even though my ip address is austrian....can somebody help? is there a chat with people from spotify that i can contact?

Hey @user-removed,

To change your country please follow this steps.

1. With a free account you can do this by visiting your account page here.
2. Change your country and post code.
3. Click save profile

 

1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page with this link.
2. Click update
3. Click ...
4. Than click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
5. Than click change payment details.
6. Now your country should have changed.

it doesn't work!

i change country and want so safe, then i get error "Email already used"

ERROR:

"Diese E-Mail-Adresse wird bereits benutzt."
