I have been changed wrongly since I got the new family plan. They have charged me 9,99€ like it’s was a premium account and on top of that I was also charged 14,99€ on my paypal account. Please contact me back, I need money back. 

Additionally  I have applied for the Student discount. But I don’t see any changes on the charges

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
