I signed up for Spotify premium but I am still on the free Spotify not premium but they are still charging my credit card twice a month this is steeling. Please friction this otherwise I will be force to take further actions legal and comment my complaints publicly.

Hey there @cholloway1954 and welcome to the community!

 

That doesn't sound good but let's try to troubleshoot. First of all, can you check if those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

 

Secondly, in regards to not having your account show up as Premium. 

 

Try the following:

    1. Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
    2. If it says Premium, try signing out and back into the app. If that doesn't work, then try a clean reinstallation of the Spotify client.
    3. If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
