My payment card expired and I lost my premium, when I renewed the data of my new card I could not subscribe again

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

Could you tell us more about any error messages you're receiving? What happens when you try to subscribe with your new card?

 

In the meantime try using a different device, internet connection and an incognito window of your browser.
