Hm, that sounds odd. Could you send us a screenshot of the promotion that you saw which said that you can get Spotify for a year?

Judging by the URL of the screenshot you sent us, it looks like this is a scam, since Spotify currently do not offer this deal. 

We recommend you subscribe for regular monthly Premium through the Spotify website here.
