Contraté el plan de Spotify premium de 3 meses por 99$ y ahora no puedo acceder a mi cuenta, me manda la verificación a un correo que yo tenía, pero que ya no tengo acceso a él. Ya intente de todas las formas para poder recuperarlo pero las opciones de Microsoft son ridiculas.

Mi problema es que una vez que se me hayan acabado los 3 meses de esa cuenta (que ya la di por perdida) me van a seguir cobrando a mi tarjeta, quisiera una respuesta a esto y las posibles soluciones, gracias.

Unfortunetaly, Spotify would not be able to help regaining access to your lost e-mail.

 

However, i would try reaching out to support for them to take a closer look and maybe help getting this confirmation mail in another way.

You can reach out to them using this contact page and make sure to reply to any automated mail you get.

Si no tengo acceso a mi email, ¿Es posible que puedan cancelar la cuenta de mi tarjeta? para que no me haga el cobro. Mi antigua cuenta es Alex.ace11 registrado con el correo *snip*.

Puedo comprobar que es mi tarjeta la que está registrada con esa cuenta.

The best way of doing what you're asking for is to contact support through the form i added above.

 

They'll take a closer look and help you with the issue you're having 🙂
