My Question or Issue

Please remove all Hulu ads from Premium subscription. NOTE: All "Notifications" setting such as email and push are turned off but Hulu ads persist. If Hulu ads continue, a next logical step seems to close my Premium subscription and delete Spotify.

Hope you're doing great! 

If you have Premium and Hulu, you're on the Hulu (ad-supported) plan, which provides limited commercials when you're watching on Hulu.com. There's no way to make it without ads.

If your Premium subscription alone is showing ads in the Spotify app, please let me know what kind of ad is showing, and try signing out/in.

An add appeared today on my Android device with an annoying message of the form "Last chance for Hulu...". I don't have Hulu and I don't want Hulu; could you please programmatically remove my account id from *all* Hulu ad lists so that I don't see any Hulu adss on my Android device and laptop?

Hey @QryptoQuetz.

As mentioned in my last reply - there is no way to make the Hulu (ad-supported) become ad-free, since it's part of the offer.

If you'd like no ads to be included, you'd have to get the Premium subscription and Hulu subscription separate.
