 Hello,

My Premium subscription was automatically charged after the free trial ended, without me realizing it. I did not intend to continue the Premium subscription and I canceled it as soon as I noticed the charge.

I have not used the Premium service (or only very minimally) since the charge was made. I kindly ask if you could please review my case and consider issuing a refund as a one-time exception.

I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
