Rogers subscription not working

Hi 

My premium account is paid by Roges as part of my cell phone plan.

My wife's Spotify premium is working but mine has dropped to Spotify Free. I have called Rogers and they say everything is fine on their end. What can I do to get my premiuim subscription back?

It might be possible that you're logging into a different Spotify account. Can you check the steps in this guide for more info?

I've followed the guide and it doesn't work. 😞

Also I've never signed out of my spotify account until yesterday.

Please note that my account is saying that I don't have a premium membership that was offered to me free spotify doesn't let me download any music
