My Question or Issue

I preordered my S10+ before launch and now I am coming around to getting the supposedly free Spotify Premium for 6 months promotion. I made an account, I see the Promotion, but when I click on it it says I am not eligible. I have uninstalled  and installed to latest version of Spotify and still get the same message.

I am seeing the same problem, selecting the Samsung promotion on my Samsung note 10+.  Fails with the error not eligible,  I am offered that standard 3 month promotion instead
