SPOTIFY FAMILY

Good morning,  i own a Spotify family subscription with Andrea Visentin, yesterday i think there were some issues with the credit card but eventually they were solved. All the other members of the family can use spotify normally, but i can't bacause my account now seems to be "free" as i am no more part of the family. Andrea reinvites me but when i try to accept the invite a message of error occurs, even though i insert the right informations.
What should i do? Thanks for the assistance.

Hi!  I do not have ab answer though but a question. 

I own a family premium aubscription under my acct but whenever I try to add my husband's acct it's juat getting bact to accoubt overview page. Hoping you could help. Thanks.
