Someone has subscribed with my debit card

My Question or Issue:

I'm trying to get help from spotify, giving them the payment code and retriving information on whose account is and cancel that subscription.
Alternatively I must block the entire card with all the payments, wait for a new card and upgrade all other payments (that's how my bank works, for students).

It's kind of a shame that spotify relies ONLY on "the community" and does not have an official payment support.
