Hello, is it possible to purchase a Spotify 12 Month Gift Card?  I have tried Amazon and other major retailers and can’t find anyone who sell these.

Spotify gift cards are no longer available for purchase. In this case, I'd recommend subscribing to Premium using one of the available payment methods here.
