My Question or Issue

I was logged out of my account unexpectedly and I had to reset my password because my previous password was not letting me log in. After resetting the password and successfully logging on, I don't have my premium anymore and I had just paid the monthly bill 12 days ago. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and now it is not letting my log in.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
