Spotify Duo, cant join plan despite writting same adress

The shit ass method of verification for spotify Duo doesn´t work, my father is literally beside me typing the same direction I wrote for the plan and it still says that it doensn´t work. Bullshit, I cant even contact support nor am I sure if I can get a refund.
