Spotify Family is not working well

Hi, 

I have a Spotify Family plan but only my daughter account was able to get my plan. We are 4 members living in the same house ( Me, wife and two kids daughter and son). My son tried to get the premiun access but it was impossible. He used his google e-mail account but several attempts did not work to get premium access. He created a new e-mail accout (outlook account) and a new spotify free account and now the invitation that I send from my Spotify account is not reaching his e-mail. My wife tried to reach the premium access too but unsuccesfully.

If two of the members of my family are not able to enjoy my premiun access then I will close this family account. Any sugestion to solve these issues? Gonzalo
