My Question or Issue

My family members are getting Spotify Premium offers of 99c for a 3 month period but when I log into my Spotify Premium plan this is not an option for me? this does not seem fair. Does anyone have any experience of this happening to them also and how can I get that offer?

This offer is only available to users who haven't tried Premium in the past. If you have tried Premium in the past, then you would not be eligible for this offer. In your case, if your family members have not subscribed to Premium before, then that would explain why they have received that communication and you haven't.
