Spotify Premium Gutschein eingelöst, habe aber Family Abo

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe seit einiger Zeit Premium Family und leider versucht, einen Spotify Premium Gutschein einzulösen. Ich habe leider zu spät gelesen, dass dieser Gutschein nicht bei Premium Family eingelöst werden kann.

Kann ich das irgendwie rückgängig machen? (Abo wird ja bereits vom Konto abgebucht)

Wo verbleibt das eingelöste Guthaben?

Hat jemand einen Rat für mich?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

You're right that gift cards can't be redeemed on a Family plan directly, but we can give you some tips that should help you use the card:

1. Cancel your current Premium Family subscription.
2. Wait for your account to revert to free at the end of your billing period. You can see when this is on your subscription page.
3. Then, redeem your gift card to get Premium Individual.
4. Directly after, upgrade to Premium Family. 
   Note: Members on your previous Family plan will need to be reinvited to your new Family plan. 

The gift card value is should be automatically converted to your new Family plan.
