Spotify Premium Subscription Failed

Spotify Premium Subscription Failed

I used globe as my payment option for the  spotify premium subscription and at now it says that my payment has failed though my load had been charged. I even the receipt in the account. There's 1 months free trial, right? And today, my 1 month free trial has ended but now it shows that there's a problem in my subscription. Though, my globe sim have been charged.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
