Sincerly, Spotify is not available in my country (Serbia). I was wondering if I could buy the premium account somehow and use it through VPN? If not, when will it be available for Serbia? I am willing to pay right now and use it through VPN.

Unfortunately Spotify isn't available in Serbia just yet.

You can find the list of available countries here and follow up online to see when serbia is added to the list.
