Spotify app for premium account not working in UAE

My Question or Issue: apparently, as per local newspapers, Spotify app for premium account is now available in UAE. Unfortunately when I want to subscribe I have the following message: Spotify Premium can’t be purchased from this app. Is there any way to purchase it? Thank you in advance for your reply

It seems like your starting a new Premium account. I'd recommend subscribing to Premium on the web here.

To answer your question, Spotify is indeed available in the United Arad Emirates so you should be able to download/use the app. You can also use this page here to check all territories Spotify is currently available. 

If you're having issues paying for Premium, check out these steps here if they're still having troubles upgrading to Premium by card.
