Premium plan switching to Family itself

Second time already my premium plan switches to family on its own, I get to know about it only by email notification that the change has occurred. Any chance of fixing it?

Moreover, today I was listening to my fav songs on iPhone se, suddenly some random playlists started playing as displayed - on google chrome web player, as if somebody else was searching for music and playing it.  I logged out manually everywhere, didn’t help. Nobody but me uses my account, all my devices are on me, my Facebook account that I use to log it is secure, I triple checked. Fairly annoying. Hello?
