Hi. I’m a user in Canada. My app had stopped working. Won’t allow me to search or access the home screen. Constant “3 dots of internet thinking”. Yes I’ve signed in and out. Yes I’ve rebooted my device.
I CANNOT reach customer service. I’ve tried and I CANT. The chats don’t work. There’s no number to call. This is ludicrous. I’m at my wits end. Can somebody help? Without canned scripted answers PLEASE
