Spotify from UK to UAE

Hi. 

I am operating on Android and my husband iPhone. 

We are both currently on UK Spotify premium plans using the Vodafone plan, works fine here where we now live in Dubai UAE. I use a lot playlists. 

We now want to change over as our UK plan has finished and it's cheaper in Dubai. 

1. I don't want to lost my playlists. Will this happen if we switch? What steps do I follow to ensure? I use Spotify for my classes so its important.

2. Is the music availability different? We want to stay connected to our tastes and global music not local.

In addition, music availablity can be different between countries but there's no way to no which and on what scale.
